I bought this product as a final resort to help me deal with my non stop periods (I had the implant put in 2 years ago and have had continuous periods). I didn't have very high expectations with its ease of use, I've had other cups in the past and struggled with them leaking and feeling uncomfortable. When this arrived it was boxed really nicely, it came with a carry pouch which is good for pockets or sticking in your handbag. I was also really impressed with the quality of the product, it was very thin but felt sturdy.
On first use I thought it went in easily, however after 2 or 3 hours it had leaked and I had to adjust it (it's a very hands on job, you've really got to get in there). After a couple of days I gave up using it as I felt I was unable to push it in the downwards direction and tuck it, like the instructions said, and as soon as my muscles were relaxed it fell out of place and fell out. I haven't given up entirely and I am still trying to get along with it as I think it would really help me with my day to day life and to cut down on the amount of pads and tampons I currently use. I would recommend it, but I can see its going to take practice and its not for a beginner cup user.
