The customer service has been very slow and unable to answer my exact queries… I’ve been using once (occasionally twice) daily on setting 5. Now, unlike reviews online who say it’s actually too intense at that setting, I can’t really feel much other than the device itself getting warm, rather than any direct heat from a laser.

I’ve had radio frequency and ultherapy previously, so I have an idea as to how a moderate laser ‘ping’ might feel. Then the fan comes on after exactly 18 pulses as it overheats, but it isn’t exactly cooling.

Today I tried it on level 3, and noticed I could actually hear the laser buzz (as well as beep) when in action.. but I can’t hear this buzz on lever 4 or 5.

I’ve been using daily for 3 weeks. Obviously too soon to assess results, but I did notice my skin went very dry, which makes sense as to why a hyaluronic acid is offered as a package deal. I purchased without, and used my own to resolve dryness. I’ve also noticed tiny faint red dots along my jaw which is the area I’m religiously targeting (eyes, less frequently).

Please could someone contact me? I’ve been offered a replacement if I return which is good, but with no guarantee they will hold the stock for me while they await my return. Not sure what to do!

The Niro Pro laser is so quick and easy to use! I’ve only had it for a month, so a bit early to see any significant results, but the under eye/upper cheek area already feels and appears firmer!

Looking forward to seeing what it achieves in a few months!

Amazing visible wrinkle reduction. The Nira laser gives genuine salon results at home. Using every day for just a few minutes has improved my skin dramatically. Once in while will not do, it must be everyday. Less lines, less wrinkles, smoother, firmer younger looking skin.

I originally purchased the smaller head Nira Lazer and used it everyday for a couple of months, need to use a hydrating eye cream after or the skin dries, the Nira serum is not hydrating enough, I was so thrilled to see fine lines disappearing around my eyes so I went ahead and purchased the Nira Pro Lazer and it is a must have, it targets bigger areas and has a fan that activates to keep the skin cool and not too hot, I originally fstarted on level 3 with the smaller head Nira Lazer and within a week went up to level 5, this indicates that the skin around my eyes thickened producing more collagen. I use the Nira Pro Laser on my legs as well as my neck and chest, it is helping reduce wrinkles. I love this device
