If you’re like many adults, you’re not getting much sleep. According to NCBI, “40% of people age 40 to 59 reported that they are getting less than recommended amounts of sleep.” So, it’s time to do something about insomnia and sleepless nights, so for that, we’re turning to Dr. Harris.

Dr. Harris Sleep Mask Study
In Spring 2022, we asked 12 CurrentBody customers to participate in a sleep study using our Dr Harris Anti-Wrinkle Sleep Mask. Each participant was asked to track their sleep for five consecutive nights (using their smart watch device) without the sleep mask, then follow the same process whilst sleeping using our Sleep Mask.
67% of all participants saw an increase in the time spent asleep. REM sleep was increased by 8 minutes, which is impressive 10% more as a healthy adult should be getting on average 90 minutes a night.
